1. Who is this suitable for?
This solution is designed to be suitable for all sizes of companies in all verticals. Because it is built in a modular way, it can focus on those with large amounts of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as Financial Advisors, Solicitors, Estate Agents, to name a few, or it can focus on more technical features of cyber defence, or both.
2. How is it priced?
It is priced per seat, ie it is based on the number of IT users and cloud usage. Each module is priced separately or can be priced together. For example, each module has an incredibly low price of £12 per seat per month, and additionally, it is only the price of one seat, £12, to connect and monitor MS365 Sharepoint and One Drive, when using the data protection element. If you have 20 users and are using MS365, that would be £252 per module per month, or £504 for both modules.
3. How is it managed?
This is a managed service and so we manage it for you on an SLA basis. You can be as involved or as hands off as you want to be.
4. How does the service work?
The initial engagement is on a trial basis with no fee involved. We can trial a selection of your end points or all of them, the choice is yours. The trial can last up to 30 days for the data protection solution, and 14 days for the technical solution. During that period we will identify what data you are holding and where it is. We do not include MS365 in this trial. Once we have identified where the data is and what it is, and we have taken a baseline shot of the technical solution findings, we will make an online appointment with the client to go over it in detail. Payment only starts once the client is happy with the trial and gives the go ahead.
5. What do I need to provide?
Only your time to assess the results of the trial and accept any alerts we may make. It is a cloud based service and all software is SaaS. As such there is no requirement for hardware or any other infrastructure. We will require 30 minutes of time from your IT support.
