Managed Detection and Response (MDR)

Proactive threat monitoring. Expert-led response. Protection without enterprise-level costs.

Cybercriminals don’t just target large organisations. Small businesses are increasingly exposed to phishing, ransomware, compromised accounts and other attacks that can disrupt operations, expose sensitive data and damage customer confidence.

H2’s Managed Detection and Response service helps protect your business by combining cybersecurity technology with continuous threat monitoring and a managed response capability.

Rather than relying solely on antivirus software and hoping for the best, MDR helps identify suspicious activity, investigate potential threats and take appropriate action to reduce the risk of a successful attack.

Our MDR service helps you to:

  • Detect suspicious activity across supported devices and business systems.
  • Identify and investigate potential threats before they escalate.
  • Respond to security incidents and help contain their impact.
  • Strengthen protection against ransomware, account compromise and other common attacks.
  • Support ongoing visibility of security controls relevant to Cyber Essentials.
  • Access managed cybersecurity capabilities without the cost and complexity of building an in-house security team.

More visibility. Faster response. Greater confidence.

H2 provides flexible MDR service options to suit your business and budget, helping you move beyond basic security tools towards a more proactive approach to cyber defence.

For small businesses, a successful cyberattack can mean lost working hours, disrupted services, unexpected recovery costs and damaged customer relationships. MDR helps reduce these risks by providing ongoing monitoring and a structured response to potential threats.

Don’t wait for a cyber incident to discover a weakness in your defences.
